Paul, We were going to send you a thank you note for all your support and patience in helping us decide on which vehicle would be right for us. We thought maybe a picture would tell it better. Less than 48 hours from leaving the showroom, here we are. The Equinox handled the Interstate at 75-80 with ease, and has been an absolute champ in the mountains. The engine light was tunrd off but a part was ordered and replaced today, Sat 4/14. All seems to be fine now. Repair was done in less time than indicated and I was given a ride to the dealership to pick up the car. Great job!

Kevin, Thank you so much for all your help! You were such a pleasure to work with. This was the first time in all my years of buying a car that I had such great service from sales.(Of course this does not include Brian, as he is always doing the finance) At first when Brian told me I had an appointment with you to go over the car, I thought I don't need that, I didn't want to waste anyone's time. After I left the dealership that night I cant tell you how glad I was that I had that appointment with you. In a world that has become so busy you were absolutely refreshing! With today's distractions, (phones, computers, etc) good customer service is so rare, You nailed it, even with all the other distractions going on around you never once made me feel rushed or as if you didn't have time for my questions. Some times "Good customer service" feels like a thing in the past., thanks for reminding me good customer service is still around, and even I need to slow down to appreciate it. I am so impressed that you called me last night to follow up too see if I had any questions. (I apologize it was loud where I was). And now tonight I am even more impressed that you took the time to email me, outstanding. Two simple things, (following up with a phone call and then a email), in 20 years not one salesman has ever done this, again so simple but truly appreciated. And to answer your question, the car is great! I was a little sad parting with the car Brian had bought me that we traded in, (no one has ever bought me a car before and then surprised me) however, by the next day I was in love with my new car! I wanted to take some time and thank Scott Hegseth on the GREAT job he did in securing the best deal for me on the 2010 Buick Enclave that I recently bought from Red Wing Chevrolet. He did a great job on getting the sale and even a better job when we went down to pick up the vehicle. While detailing the Enclave for me he noticed something was not quite right about a piece of molding around one of the window’s. He got it ordered and Red Wing will replace it no problem. Nice job Scott, that is a great way to earn my business. I also want to say that Brian Willner in finance did a great job of explaining all the programs that they had to offer and did some looking and found me the best interest rate. I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Red Wing Chev and I am very pleased. First of all their website is great and easy to use. You can find out everything you want to know about their vehicles before stopping into the dealer. They even have a free Carfax Report link for their used vehicles. There are plenty of pictures of every part of the car. Basically you have answers to all your questions and can print them out and compare them. All there is left to do is test drive. The sales people are nice and knowledgeable about their inventory. They weren't high pressure which we all hate. They seem to care about their customers after the sale, in fact I received several calls and emails to see if I was happy with my purchase and that everything was okay with the car. They introduced me to their service manager and told me about the “Pitstop” service where you can stop in and check your tire pressure or top off your washer fluid and stuff like that free of charge. I also got a coupon book with a free oil change and car ... from Red Wing Chev and I am very pleased. First of all their website is great and easy to use. Was very impressed that I was able to get right in and have my issues dealt with. I was from out of town and just stopped to see if they could help with my problem. They were able to fit me right in with little to no waiting which I felt was outstanding. Staff was friendly and informative. I wish the dealerships in my home town were this helpful.
