Hello, I am Scott Hegseth. I have been a long time Red Wing native and have been with Red Wing Chevrolet since March of 2003. Born and raised in town here, I received a great start to getting into the real world while in high school. In my senior year I got a job with a (once local) insurance agency called Citizens Security Insurance. Citizens Security was one of my best job experiences ever and I contribute that to my ability to work with people and understand how to fulfill their needs. On top of that, I worked for the Local 132 Laborers Union for 6 1/2 years with multiple contractors specializing in Hazardous Material removal and Emergency Spill Response at both Marathon Ashland Petroleum and Koch Refinery (now called Flint Hills).
After moving back to town in the end of 2002, I started here at Red Wing Chevrolet and have enjoyed every year I have been here. In 2005 I married Red Wing native Katie Mickelson and we live right here in town. We currently do not have children but are very involved with our nieces and nephews. I really enjoy spending time with my friends and family out on our boat. When we can't use the boat in the winter, it's time for Football Sunday with my father and my closest friends. I am also president of the Central League Bowling league on Thursday nights. Other activities I enjoy are Church League Softball, golfing, Minnesota Twins games, and love to donate my time to the local Red Wing Aces baseball team.
One other thing you should know about me is that I am very fascinated by new technology and gadgets. I love to stay up to date with all of the newest technology.
